Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team
on a contractual basis. As a Corporate Governance Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be responsible
for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your primary
objective will be to assist organizations in enhancing their governance structures, policies, and
procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally,
the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s existing governance frameworks and
  practices.
• Develop and implement tailored corporate governance solutions to address client’s specific
  needs and challenges.
• Provide guidance on board governance, risk management, ethics, and compliance matters.
• Assist clients in drafting and reviewing governance documents, including charters, policies,
  and codes of conduct.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on governance best practices and
  regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  of services.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and developments in the field of corporate
  governance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive
  governance excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications in corporate governance (e.g., CGISA, ICSA) are advantageous.
