Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team on a
contractual basis. As a Dispute Resolution Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be responsible for
providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your primary objective
will be to assist organizations in resolving conflicts and disputes through negotiation, mediation,
arbitration, and litigation, ensuring optimal outcomes and preserving relationships. Additionally, the
contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s disputes and develop resolution strategies.
• Advise clients on dispute resolution options, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and
  litigation.
• Facilitate negotiations between parties to reach mutually acceptable agreements.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.
• Draft settlement agreements and other legal documents to formalize dispute resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement dispute resolution
  strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on dispute resolution best practices and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in dispute resolution laws and regulations and advise clients
  accordingly.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to
  enhance dispute resolution effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispute resolution principles, procedures, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
