Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join our team on a
contractual basis. As an Employment Law Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be responsible for
providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your primary objective
will be to assist organizations in navigating complex employment regulations, resolving disputes, and
implementing best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on employment law matters, including hiring, termination,
  discrimination, and harassment.
• Review and draft employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with
  legal requirements and protect the interests of the organization.
• Assist clients in resolving employment disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on employment law compliance and best practices.
• Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and regulations and advise clients
  accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement
  employment law strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to
  enhance employment law compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in employment law, human resources, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
