Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Consultant to join our
team on a contractual basis. As an Enterprise Risk Management Consultant at Consorti – M, you will
be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in developing and implementing enterprise risk
management frameworks, processes, and strategies that align with their business objectives and
regulatory requirements. Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals
for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and evaluations to identify, assess, and prioritize
  risks across client’s operations, processes, and systems.
• Have business continuity management experience / knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement
  enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with industry
  standards and best practices.
• Analyse risk data, metrics, and trends to identify emerging risks, root causes, and potential
  impacts on business objectives.
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the likelihood and
  impact of identified risks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, making
  recommendations for enhancements and improvements as needed.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on risk management, compliance,
  and governance issues.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in
  enterprise risk management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the
  enterprise risk management process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in enterprise risk management, risk assessment, compliance, or related
  field.
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, regulatory requirements, and industry
  standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
