Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Protection Specialist to join our
team on a contractual basis. As an Intellectual Property Protection Specialist at Consorti – M, you will
be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in identifying, registering, and protecting their
intellectual property assets to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s intellectual property portfolios and develop
  protection strategies.
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright
  protection.
• Assist clients in filing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications.
• Draft and review intellectual property agreements, including licensing and assignment
  agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement intellectual property
  protection initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on intellectual property best practices and
  procedures.
• Stay updated on legal developments, emerging risks, and changes in intellectual property
  laws and regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to
  enhance intellectual property protection effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in intellectual property protection, patent law, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property principles, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
