Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Contracts Specialist to join our team on a
contractual basis. As a Legal Contracts Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be responsible for
providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your primary objective
will be to assist organisations in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance
with legal requirements and industry standards. Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide
inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including agreements, leases, and vendor contracts.
•  Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on contract-related matters, including risk
  assessment and mitigation.
• Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations
  and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of contract-related activities.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and best practices in contract law. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
