Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Risk Management Specialist to join our team
on a contractual basis. As a Legal Risk Management Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be
responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks to
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, the contractor
may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s legal risk exposure and develop mitigation
  strategies.
• Advise clients on legal compliance matters, including regulatory requirements and contractual
  obligations.
• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify potential risks and
  liabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement risk management
  initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on risk management best practices and procedures.
• Stay updated on legal developments, emerging risks, and changes in industry regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to
  enhance legal risk management effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in legal risk management, compliance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
