Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Strategy and Planning Specialist to join our
team on a contractual basis. As a Legal Strategy and Planning Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be
responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in developing and executing legal strategies and plans
that align with their business goals and objectives. Additionally, the contractor may be required to
provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s legal needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop legal strategies and
  plans that support business goals and mitigate risks.
• Analyse legal and regulatory trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscapes to
  inform strategy development.
• Draft and review legal documents, policies, and procedures to support strategic objectives
  and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on legal matters, including contract
  negotiations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of legal strategies and plans, making adjustments as
  needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to client’s
  businesses.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance to enhance legal strategy
  and planning effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree
  preferred).
• Proven experience in legal strategy, planning, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
