Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team
on a contractual basis. As a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be
responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in evaluating, structuring, and executing mergers,
acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide
inputs into proposals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments on target companies to evaluate
financial, legal, and operational risks. - Analyze financial statements, market trends, and valuation metrics to assess the feasibility
and potential impact of transactions. - Develop transaction structures, negotiation strategies, and deal terms to optimize value and
mitigate risks. - Draft and review transaction documents, including letters of intent, purchase agreements, and
disclosure schedules. - Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to manage the deal
process and ensure timely execution. - Facilitate communication and negotiation between parties to reach mutually acceptable terms.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on merger and acquisition
opportunities. - Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in mergers
and acquisitions. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance throughout the transaction
lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree
preferred). - Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, or
related field. - Strong knowledge of merger and acquisition principles, processes, and legal requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
