Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Improvements Consultant to join our
team on a contractual basis. As an Operational Improvements Consultant at Consorti – M, you will be
responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in identifying opportunities for operational
enhancements, implementing process improvements, and driving performance optimization initiatives.
Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s operations, processes, and systems to
    identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement
    operational improvement strategies and initiatives that align with client’s business objectives.
  • Analyse data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and
    opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Develop and implement process optimization plans, workflow redesigns, and performance
    improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational improvement initiatives, making
    adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on operational excellence, lean
    management principles, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies related to operational
    improvements and performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the
    operational improvement process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial
    Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in operational improvements, process optimization, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies, lean management principles, and
    performance improvement strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
