Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Transformation Consultant to join
our team on a contractual basis. As an Organizational Transformation Consultant at Consorti – M, you
will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries.
Your primary objective will be to assist organizations in driving change, improving performance, and
achieving sustainable growth through effective organizational transformation initiatives. Additionally,
the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s organizational structures, cultures, and
  processes to identify areas for improvement and transformation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement
  transformational strategies and initiatives that align with client’s business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and focus groups to gather insights,
  build consensus, and drive alignment around transformational goals and objectives.
• Develop and deliver change management plans, communication strategies, and training
  programs to support the implementation of transformational initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of transformational initiatives, making
  adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on change management,
  organizational design, talent management, and culture transformation.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies related to organizational
  transformation and change management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the
  transformation process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change
  Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in organizational transformation, change management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, change management
  methodologies, and transformational strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
