Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management and Analytics
Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Performance Management and Analytics
Consultant at Consorti – M, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our
clients across various industries. Your primary objective will be to assist organizations in developing
and implementing performance management frameworks, analytics strategies, and measurement
methodologies that enable data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s performance management processes,
  systems, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement
  performance management frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards that align with business
  objectives and strategic priorities.
• Analyse performance data, trends, and patterns to identify insights, opportunities, and areas
  for enhancement.
• Design and implement predictive analytics models and tools to forecast performance, identify
  risks, and inform decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives and analytics
  strategies, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements as needed.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on performance management,
  analytics, and business intelligence issues.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices in
  performance management and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the
  performance management and analytics process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or
  related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in performance management, analytics, business intelligence, or related
  field.
• Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies, analytics tools, and data
  visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
