Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team
on a contractual basis. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Consorti – M, you will be responsible
for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your primary
objective will be to assist organizations in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring
compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Additionally, the contractor may
be required to provide inputs into proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s regulatory compliance frameworks and
  practices.
• Develop and implement tailored compliance solutions to address client’s specific needs and
  challenges.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance best
  practices.
• Assist clients in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on regulatory requirements and
  compliance obligations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless
  compliance operations.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments, emerging trends, and changes in industry
  standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to
  enhance compliance effectiveness.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree
  preferred).
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance, legal compliance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
