Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team on a
contractual basis. As a Strategy Consultant at Consorti – M, you will be responsible for providing
expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your primary objective will be to
assist organizations in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve their
business goals and objectives. Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into
proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client’s business objectives, challenges, and competitive
  landscapes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop strategic plans and
  initiatives that align with client’s business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and industry best practices to inform strategic
  decision-making.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with clients to define objectives,
  priorities, and action plans.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and presentations to senior management and
  key stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as
  needed to ensure success.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of business issues, including
  market entry, expansion, diversification, and transformation.
• Stay updated on changes in the business environment, regulatory landscape, and emerging
  trends relevant to client’s industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance
  strategic effectiveness and drive results.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
  (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
