Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and CSR Consultant to join our team
on a contractual basis. As a Sustainability and CSR Consultant at Consorti – M, you will be
responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across various industries. Your
primary objective will be to assist organizations in developing and implementing sustainability and
CSR strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with their business objectives and contribute to
sustainable development goals. Additionally, the contractor may be required to provide inputs into
proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s sustainability performance, practices, and
  impacts to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement
  sustainability and CSR strategies, goals, and action plans that align with industry standards
  and best practices.
• Analyse sustainability data, metrics, and trends to track progress, measure performance, and
  identify areas for enhancement.
• Design and implement sustainability initiatives and programs across various areas, including
  environmental stewardship, social responsibility, ethical business practices, and governance.
• Monitor and report on sustainability and CSR performance, providing insights and
  recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and communities, to
  promote transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in
  sustainability and CSR to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the
  sustainability and CSR process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or
  related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sustainability, CSR, ESG reporting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, international standards, and industry best
  practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
